Thermal paper Eco and Top

With thermal paper labels, the ink is incorporated in the paper. The printhead of the label printer burns points in the paper by heating it. The advantage of these labels is that you don’t need extra supplies like ink foils. Keep in mind that the printing on thermal paper labels has a shorter lifespan.

Thermal transfer paper uncoated and coated

With thermal transfer labels, the ink is transferred to the label by means of an ink ribbon. Here, too, the printhead heats up, but differently from thermal labels. In this case the printhead burns dots on the ink ribbon that sits between the printhead and the label. By heating the ink ribbon, ink is transferred to the label. The print quality is higher, and the heat and light resistance make these labels suitable for long-term use.

Plastic Polyethylene (PE) / Polypropylene (PP)

Labels made of plastic are suitable for label applications such as food, personal care and the chemical industry. These labels are resistant to water, grease, oil and chemicals.

Polyester

Polyester labels are mainly used for machine identification. Our polyester labels are tear-resistant and heat-resistant, with a temperature range of up to 150°C. They also comply with the UL and CSA approvals. This is an American and Canadian safety standard for electrical and electronic products. Our polyester labels are available as standard in a silver and white front.

Valeron

Valeron is a unique 4-layer cross-linked HDPE material that is extremely tear-resistant, durable and chemical resistant. It combines the qualities of coated paper with the strength and durability of a plastic. Especially in the construction industry, under the influence of higher standards of durability, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, the demand for such HDPE materials with higher tensile strength, tear resistance and puncture resistance is increasing.

Tyvek

Tyvek® is a 100% synthetic material made from high-density spun polyethylene fibres. Tyvek® is light, durable and breathable, yet resistant to water, oil, chemicals, abrasion and aging. It is an amazing material used to enhance a variety of applications in multiple industries.

Water-soluble

Do you want to work with self-adhesive thermo transfer labels on returnable packaging such as boxes, bins, plastic or metal containers, drums,… ? Codipack offers you the solution with 100% cold water-soluble self-adhesive labels. It is an environmentally friendly total solution since the label material is fully biodegradable. Our water-soluble labels are suitable for indirect contact with food and can be processed on our label printers and automatic print and apply systems.
