How to apply an eco-score?

An answer to the above question is provided by an eco-score. This is a score that reflects the sustainability of products. Supermarkets want to help their customers to consume their food more sustainably.
How does the eco-score work?
The eco-score is a letter and colour code from A (green) to E (red) that takes different aspects into account. In this way, the five categories indicate whether your food has a low or high ecological impact.
