Good news: Zebra extends warranty period

As of January 1, 2021, all Zebra brand industrial and built-in printers have a 2-year warranty.
This is particularly good news. The 2 year warranty is valid no matter how much you use the device.

Herewith you find the industrial printer models to which the 2 year warranty applies: ZT220, ZT230, ZT411, ZT421, ZT400 Series RFID (ZT411R, ZT421R), ZT510, ZT610, ZT620, ZT600 Series RFID (ZT610R, ZT620R), ZE500-4, ZE500-6, ZE500 Series RFID and 220Xi4.

Accessories and parts for your printer (e.g. platen rollers) are limited to 1 year warranty and printheads are limited to 6 months warranty.

This warranty change applies only to devices shipped from Zebra, or with proof of purchase on devices purchased on or after this effective date.
