Labelmate Botlr

The Botlr Labelmate is a semi-automatic labeling machine for round bottles and cylindrical objects, replacing manual labeling through patented technology that automatically measures diameter and calculates label positions. This solves problems like inconsistency, time loss and waste in small to medium runs, with capacity up to 1,400 bottles per hour. The device adapts to bottles from 13 mm to 120 mm diameter, without length restrictions, and handles opaque, transparent labels and special shapes, including variable gaps on the same roll.

Applications include breweries, wine estates, gin and liqueur producers, olive oil, juices, smoothies, sports nutrition, cosmetics, pharmacy and corporate gifts. Integration possible with Epson ColorWorks printers via GPIO cable for print-and-apply functionality, and options like laser alignment.
