Fertira is an ambitious, rapidly growing production company of high-quality, environmentally friendly fertilizers.
Private labels are their core activity.

For the identification of their products they came to Codipack.
So we apply a lot code and product code on their various packages.

For their private label customers, the lot code and product code is essential, without the correct coding the products may not be delivered.

On the large format bags we use inkjet printers of the type Leibinger JET2 Neo S for this purpose:

On the small bags, we apply this code to the film using an inline thermo transfer printer from Allen Coding.
The code is applied to the flat film even before the bag is formed and filled.

The small bags are then packed in outer cartons and these are labeled with a label applied across them via an Alritma labeller with a built-in printer.
