Allen XL5000
Thermal Transfer Overprinter
Compact inline TTO printer
The Allen XL5000 is a compact inline thermal transfer printer for direct printing on flexible packaging and labels on packaging lines.
Intermittent and continuous printing
The printer can operate both intermittently and continuously, making it flexibly deployable on various packaging and labeling lines.
High print quality up to 300 dpi
With a resolution of approximately 300 dpi, the Allen XL5000 prints clear shelf life dates, batch codes, barcodes, and logos on smooth foils and labels.
Product information
The Allen XL5000 from Diagraph is an industrial thermal transfer overprinter designed for real-time printing of variable data on flexible packaging and labels. This includes shelf life dates, lot and batch codes, barcodes, and simple logos on bags, pillow packs, sachets, blister packaging, and labels. The printer is suitable for marking smooth surfaces such as paper or coated labels and plastic films like PE and PET.
The Allen XL5000 can operate in both intermittent and continuous mode, making it easily integrable on horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal machines and other packaging and labeling lines. Thanks to its compact design, it often serves as a drop-in replacement for existing TTO systems, reusing existing frames and brackets where mechanically compatible. The printer is controlled via a Diagraph controller (e.g., a:touchlite/a:touch2) and can also receive print layouts from a PC.
