Codipack collects a number of personal data to provide you with a safe and personal user experience.
For example, IP address and presumed place and time of consultation are recorded, as well as which pages are visited.

Codipack undertakes to process only personal data that are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
These personal details are identification data such as name, address and / or e-mail address.

The personal data obtained will be used to keep you informed of our product range, to identify you, to contact you, and to analyze and
improve our services. Personal data processed within Codipack are not passed on to third parties.

6.1. You can view your details

If you want to inspect the data that we process about you, please let us know.
If you exercise your right of access, we will give you as complete an overview as possible of your data.

It is possible that some personal data from classic backup files, log, history or archive files are not included in this overview.
These data are not part of the current processed personal data and are therefore not immediately available.
They can therefore not be given. They are removed from these files according to standard cleaning processes.

6.2.You can have your data corrected

It may happen that certain data that we have stored about you is not (anymore) correct.
You can always ask for that data to be improved or completed.

6.3.You can have your data deleted

If you suspect that we are processing certain data unlawfully, you can ask to delete them.

7.     Storage of your personal data

We use your personal data if we have a clear purpose for this. If we no longer have a goal, we will delete the data.
The starting point for keeping your personal data is the legal retention period (often up to 10 years after the end of a contract or the transaction).
This may be longer for the exercise of our rights. If the law does not prescribe a storage period, then the storage may be shorter.

For some applications a wider time horizon may be required, for example for making studies, risk and marketing models.
Some insights become clear when viewed in a broader time frame.
The storage period can therefore be extended by 10 years with respect to the standard storage periods.
