U500 heavy duty label unwinders

A label unwinder is what you need to manage your label supply rolls. From very inexpensive to very sophisticated, LABELMATE’s new family of Heavy-Duty U500 Label Unwinders will keep your label production running smoothly. All LABELMATE Unwinders are bi-directional.

U500-S

This unwinder is unpowered, and has fixed brake. It’s the world’s least expensive professional Unwinder. The U500-S accepts up to 30-cm diameter rolls and up to 16-cm width, 76-mm cores (other core sizes are available).

U500-1

This is the classic LABELMATE Unwinder with Adjustable Speed-Proportional Braking. 30-cm diameter rolls and 16-cm width, 76-mm cores (other core sizes are available). Optional 25- cm width, 40-cm roll diameter and a 25- to 101-mm Adjustable Core Holder are available.

U500-2 (CAT-2 with Tension Arm)

This powered Unwinder automatically tracks label usage and provides powered label feed at speeds up to 75 cm/sec. The U500-2 accepts standard 76 mm cores and rolls up to 30 cm in diameter (other core sizes available). 25 cm width is available. It can also be used as a full-featured Label Rewinder without any special setup. LABELMATE’s renowned Constant Adjustable Torquetm control system allows precise adjustment of feed speeds and rewind torque. External STOP / RUN Input included.

U500-40

A powered Unwinder like the U500-2, but with an impressive 40 cm (16”) roll diameter capacity. Supplied with LABELMATE’s new “Quick Chuck”™, the U500-40 gives you the ultimate label unwinder for volume production.
