EASY VERSION - Simple Label Printing
Easy versionOffering only the essential features, Label Gallery Easy is suitable for users with basic label design and printing needs. The software supports:
- Data input prompting
- Prefixes and suffixs
- Database linking via ODBC and direct access to Paradox, Dbase, ASCII text, CSV,MS Access and MS Excel
- Linear and 2D codes
- Printing across two or more adjacent labels
- Counters
- Linked fields
- Date addition
PLUS VERSION - Advanced and Compliance Label Design
Designed for advanced usage, Label Gallery Plus is suitable for users who need support for:
- Data manipulation (e.g. concatenation, subset, linear functions, check digit algorithms, currency conversion, lookup tables and Visual Basic scripting)
- Integration with external applications via Active X components
- RF tag printing on SATO RFID printers
- User access control via configuration of access rights such as Full access, Print only, Design only and View only
- Logging of print jobs and tracing of variable data. The logged file can be exported for reporting purposes

Label Gallery P lus V 2 edition includes two additional applications that were previously available only in the high-end Label Gallery TruePro edition. Gallery Data and Gallery MemMaster are now part of Label Gallery P lus as well as Label Gallery TruePro editions.

TRUE PRO VERSION - Professional Labelling Solution
Available in single user version as well as in Network version (5,10, 20 & 50 users); Label Gallery TruePro consists of Label Gallery Plus and supplemented by four powerful modules:
- GalleryForm: Is a form design tool for designing custom user interfaces and turnkey labelling solutions.
- GalleryWatch: Automates data extraction and processing for label generation, by watching for changes in data that is stored in folders, emails, structured text file, unstructured reports, or other constantly-updated information sources.
- GalleryData: Is a stand-alone tool for creating, editing, importing and maintaining databases.
- GalleryMemMaster: Allows user to speed up printing by downloading frequently used font and graphics to the printers’ memory for instant recall for printing.
- GalleryPrint: GalleryPrint is a new feature that acts as a mini GalleryForm. It is already defined and can be used from the Start menu on your computer. A print preview panel shows the operator the label. You just select the label and enter the data. When the data is entered and the printer selected, the label prints with a click on the button. GalleryPrint simplifies the label printing process to the maximum.
