A compact, versatile, large character ink jet printer designed for use on porous and nonporous materials.

The REA-JET LC can print an image from 5 to 67 mm tall. The REA-JET LC controller supports either a 7 dot or 16 dot REA-JET print head. Depending upon the print head attached the REA-JET LC can produce one line of print with a maximum print height of 67 mm (16 dot printhead). The 7 dot printer is capable of producing a printed image of between 5 and 27 mm in height. The REA-JET LC comes with a comprehensive set of print capabilities to address most standard print requirements to be found in industry today. It is not always possible to predict the material to be printed on: Metal, plastic, wood, even glass. REA Elektronik’s patented print head design allows a single REA-JET LC to print on these materials and more making use of various inks within the same printer. Stopping a production line because the ink jet printer has a problem can prove expensive. Waiting on a technician to visit can add even further delays and frustrations.

REA-JET LC systems are robust and designed to work in industrial environments. In the unlikely event that the printer needs attention, easy access to key components allows the operator to undertake servicing at the printer, in most instances on-site.
