R300 & R300 AKH - Low-Cost Label Rewinders

The popular R300 & R300 AKH Label Rewinders are the world’s lowest-price Label Rewinders. They can rewind label rolls up to 4-1/2-inches wide (5" width for MC-11), up to 8.6-inches (220mm) in diameter at speeds up to 10-ips (inches per second). They can also be used as Label Unwinders for rolls up to 8.6-inches in diameter. There are thousands of R300 & R300 AKH Rewinders working perfectly around the world.

The R300 & R300 AKH Models are identical to each other except for the Core Holder. The R300 includes both a 3-inch diameter core holder (left) and a "Coreless Rewind" feature (below) to rewind directly on-shaft.

Optional Outer Flange for the R300

Available for the R300 is an optional outer flange (MC-10FLANGE) to guide the outside edge of your label roll. Order one with your R300. Alternatively, you can use the optional Adjustable Paper Guide APG-MC (described below) for the same purpose.

The R300 AKH includes a precision engineered Adjustable Core Holder that adjusts instantly to accept any size core from 1-inch to 4-inches (25 to102mm) in diameter. You can also do Coreless Rewinding on the MC-11.

Optional Adjustable Paper Guide - For both the R300 & R300 AKH, an optional Adjustable Paper Guide (APG-MC) is available to positively guide the outer edge of the label web as it's being rewound. You can install this inexpensive accessory on your MINI-CAT Rewinder in just minutes. It adjusts for any label width or roll diameter. The photo at left shows the APG-MC installed on an MC-11 Rewinder.
