OpenDate Eurocode Series

The Eurocode is a small, lightweight, user friendly Hot Foil Coding attachment. The unit can be used for overprinting text (batch & lot code information, expiry and use by dates, price marking, etc.) as well as simple graphics in any colour, onto flexible packaging materials at speeds of up to 700 cyles per minute. Prints are clear, non-toxic, and are of a quality that cannot be matched by any other on-line printing process.

The modest overall dimensions of the Eurocode facilitate easy installation onto most types of reel fed labelling and packaging machinery in conjunction with the optional mounting frame which has been designed specifically for the printer.

The Eurocode can be used with conventional "Open Date" hardened steel "Tee" slot type, rotary flickwheel type holders, and in most cases can be adapted to utilise customer's existing type systems. The quick change foil magazine with automatic foil drive and cassette location system, ensures that downtime for foil replacement is kept to an absolute minimum.
