OpenDate Discreet Marker
Deboss coding is the simplest and most economical method of in-line contact coding. No inks or ribbons are necessary as the code is stamped onto the substrate material leaving an impression only.
The Open Date Discreet Marker is an in-line deboss coder suitable for marking a wide variety of materials. It can be supplied in three forms:
The Basic Discreet Marker is supplied without any control devices and requires compressed air switched by a 3/2 mechanical air valve. This can, in some circumstances, make the unit suitable for use in environments where inflammable vapors and liquids are present.
The Discreet Marker can also be supplied with a timer only electronic control unit and solenoid valve enabling dwell time adjustments to be made for speed control and code definition improvement.
Where code definition is critical, the Hot Debosser uses heat in addition to dwell time adjustment (see above) to further enhance clarity.
