Reliable installations and consistent print quality An integrated printhead and ink reservoir guarantees consistent ink flow and a sturdy and compact design. Single point mounting provides a simple yet extremely robust installation.

Minimal maintenance with low cost printing The ATD IP9000/2 printhead requires only the occasional wipe of the inkjet nozzles, and with the unique Smart-prime™ feature reducing ink consumption, is the most economical inkjet in its class. With no moving parts there are no costs due to wear and tear and further savings are seen as there are no valves or filters to maintain or replace.
With low ink consumption, no ink top-up solutions and the use of non-hazardous non-MEK inks, costly ink storage requirements and extra administration costs are avoided, keeping your total running costs to a minimum.

Automated print set-up Select between 12mm, 24mm, 36mm, and 48mm print heights by simply clicking the printhead into pre-set positions. Then use the quick and simple auto-calibration software routine that sets the required characteristics of the printed message for you - other print heights are easily selected by simply angling the printhead.

A wide range of applications Printheads are available in the ‘Lite’ format (fixed for vertical surfaces) or with an flexible umbilical for printing upwards, downwards, or on angled surfaces. There is also a dedicated barcode printhead for use with ScanTrue ink. All printheads are capable of on or off-line high speed printing, and all printheads are sealed to IP54 rating as standard (IP65 available upon request). Options include the ATD WinController software, an easy to use PC application for creating messages and linking to multiple controllers.

Respond quickly to changing coding and marking requirments The ATD IP9000/2 gives you flexibility with reliability. Print up to 4 lines of text per printhead, integrate variable information with high quality logos, graphics and barcodes and print more information in less space. Respond quickly to changes in your coding & marking needs using the automated print set-up routine or download information direct from a database or PLC. Control multi-printer installations from a PC using the ATD WinController software, or use the standard fully featured menu driven software with multiple message storage.
